Italian Style Tomato Orzo Rice

食材

材料：1 tomato 2 cloves of garlic 1 slice of cheddar cheese (any cheese will do， grated cheese would be even better) 1 tsp of salt and sugar 4 tbp of tomato sauce 1 tsp of Italian seasoning dashes of black pepper lemon juice a little (optional) Orzo rice 1/2 cup 1 sausage (cut in to slices) 1 tsp of olive oil 1/2 tsp of flour

Italian Style Tomato Orzo Rice
做法： 1. Boil Orzo rice in water for 8 to 10 mins and drained.
2. Heat olive oil and fry the chopped garlic
3. Sort of marinate the tomato with salt， sugar， Italian seasoning， lemon juice and black pepper.
4. Add in the marinated tomato and sliced sausage， continue to stir fry it.
5. When the sausage seems cooked， add in the cooked orzo rice and continue to heat and stir it until dry. Add in flour if it is still watery.
6. Lastly， add in cheese to be melted and it is ready to be served.
