Lemon Bar

食材

材料：1 C flour 1/2 C butter (1 stick)， softened 1/4 C powdered sugar 3/4 C sugar 2 tsp. lemon peel， grated 3 T lemon juice 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs

做法： 1. Heat oven to 350.

2. In a bowl， mix together the flour， 1/4 C powdered sugar and softened butter.

3.Press into a lightly greased 7x11 baking pan. Bake crust for roughly 15 minutes until lightly browned.

4.Meanwhile， beat together sugar， lemon juice， lemon zest， baking powder， salt and eggs for about 3 minutes， or until light and fluffy.

5.Pour mixture over the hot crust and return to the oven to bake for an additional 20 minutes， or until middle is set and the top is lightly browned.
