4 TB 清奶油, Ghee
腌鸡料:
1 1/2 cup 酸奶, Yogurt
2寸姜块, ginger, 打成泥,
5瓣蒜, garlic , 打成泥
1根新鲜黄姜, Turmeric, 打成泥
1 tsp 辣椒粉, cayenne pepper
1 TB 孜然粉, cumin
1 1/2 TB Tandoori Masala (or Garam masala)
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tsp 盐, salt
1 tsp black pepper
煮米饭的香料:
2片 桂叶, Bay Leaves
4粒 绿豆蔻, Green Cardamom, 捣开
3粒 黑豆蔻, black Cardamom
5粒丁香 (Clove)
1支肉桂 (Cinnamon Stick)
1 tsp 香芹籽, Caraway seeds
2个小青辣椒, 折断, hot green chilies
2 tsp 盐
