Italian Pasta Salad with Roasted Capsicums

食材

材料：1 1/2 tablespoons oil 1 red capsicum， cut into 2cm pieces 1 green capsicum， cut into 2cm pieces 1 yellow capsicum， cut into 2cm pieces 2 red onions， cut into eight 300 g orrechiette pasta， cooked， drained and cooled 220 g baby bocconcini， halved 1/3 cup parsley leaves 1/2 cup KRAFT Tangy Tomato Pasta Salad Dressing Flaked Parmesan cheese， to serve

做法

Italian Pasta Salad with Roasted Capsicums
做法： 1：TOSS the oil through the capsicums and onion. Chargrill over a high heat for 3-5 minutes， or until just tender. Cool.

2：COMBINE the pasta with the capsicums， onion， bocconcini and parsley in a serving bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and toss through， then scatter over the Parmesan. Serve immediately.
